Oisín In Tír na n-Óg

One day my father and I and the Fianna were hunting for deer. There was a thick morning mist all around us and it was really hard to see through. Suddenly I saw a horse and a beautiful princess but I wasn't sure because of the mist. However, as she got closer and closer every second I could actually see that she was so pretty. She asked me to marry her and I said yes. I jumped up on the back of the horse and we galloped across the sea back to Tír na n-Óg where we got married.
It only felt like a few days to me! I said to Niamh that I wanted to go back to see my family and friends. Niamh said that I could go back but I must promise her one thing. ”Never get off the horse or let your feet touch the ground in Ireland”, she said. So I went back and on the way I saw some men trying to lift a very heavy rock. I was very strong so I bent down and as soon as the rock was in the air the rope snapped. I fell to the ground and immediately I turned into a three-hundred-year-old man who wasn't able to walk. A short while later I knew I was dead.
